IMPORTANT COVID-19 LEVEL 2 UPDATE

Now that New Zealand has moved to Alert Level 2, our hire branches will remain open to the public, with more stringent safety protocols. We have developed strategies/policies to keep you, and our staff safe during any interaction.

How we will protect you

  1. All machines will be fully sanitised upon leaving our site
  2. Our delivery staff will sanitise the machine when delivering or collecting a machine on your site.
  3. Sanitisation will occur for any items that are passed onto you.


The hire process during Alert Level 2

  1. There will be a strictly NO ENTRY policy for any non-staff personal into any HireWays offices or buildings, all hire processes will be carried out outdoors.
  2. Upon arrival to our site, you will be directed where to go by one of our staff.
  3. If you are collecting or returning a trailerised item, we ask that you stay in your car and one of our team will unhitch your trailer, and bring you any necessary documentation
  4. Please keep at least 1 metre away from any of our staff, in line with the level 2 government regulations.
